Required work experience: 3–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of the functioning of engineering and technical systems and equipment.
• Recording performed work in the fire safety system operation journal (separately for each system).
• Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment, including servicing, repair, and adjustment of engineering and technical systems.
• Conducting scheduled maintenance for low-voltage systems.
• Keeping continuous records of failures, malfunctions, and false alarms of the fire protection systems, identifying and eliminating the causes of their occurrence.
• Assisting in maintaining records of fire extinguishers' availability and condition.
• Prompt response to emergency or non-standard situations.

Required work experience: 1–3 years

Responsibilities:

• Handling requests coming from the website and phone
• Managing clients through sales stages
• Preparing contracts, acts, and issuing invoices
• Visiting and negotiating with clients (if necessary)
• Communicating with contractors and subcontractors
• Independently seeking new clients
• Working with the Bitrix program

Required work experience: 3–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Fieldwork and presence at sites in Moscow and the Moscow region
• Control over work execution
• Negotiations with customer representatives at the site
• Employee supervision and coordination of work plans
• Prompt resolution of on-site issues with employees, subcontractors, and third-party organizations
• Creating work schedules based on project specifics
• Participation in the selection of subcontractors (contractors) based on criteria for accreditation of the organization or contractor to participate in the project
• Budget control for the site
• Maintaining employee shift records
• Maintaining project documentation
• Control over the procurement of consumables and tools
• Developing equipment and material procurement schedules
• Filling out and confirming KS-2/3 forms
• Doing everything necessary to ensure the company fulfills its obligations in a highly professional manner.

• Maintenance (receipt, verification, control of corrections) of working documentation.
• Formation of packages of organisational, permissive, production-technological and executive documentation.
• Calculation of volumes of design, construction and installation works and materials.
• Development of schemes and sketches, design documentation.
• Support of the construction process with documentation: AOSR, graphic schemes, keeping special logs
