Standard fire risk value for buildings and structures:

• individual fire risk in buildings and structures cannot exceed the one millionth per year value when a single person is located at the point farthest from the exit from the building or structure;
• individual fire risk in production facilities premises shall not exceed one millionth per year;
• individual fire risk as a result of exposure to fire hazards at a production facility for people in a residential zone, public-business zone or recreational zone near the facility shall not exceed one hundred millionth per year;
• social fire risk of fire hazard impact at the production facility for people in the residential zone, public zone or recreational zone near the facility shall not exceed one ten millionth per year.
