Territory of work:

Area of work:
1877,05 m²

The Client:

VDNH (Vystavka Dostiizheniy Narodnogo Khozyaystva) – an international exhibition complex, the largest in Russia. Located in the Ostankino district of Moscow.

Task

To develop working and estimate documentation for the capital repair of the entrance group of the exhibition pavilion.

Situation

The condition of the object before the start of the work was characterized by significant wear and obsolescence of key elements of the entrance group, which required complete replacement. There was also a risk of hidden defects, which could affect the scope and nature of the necessary repairs. In addition, the project was constrained by strict timeframes due to the pavilion's event schedule, which required a carefully coordinated repair timeline.

Solution

During the project, we faced the following additional challenges:

  • The need to coordinate the project with various regulatory authorities and agencies.
  • Difficulties in obtaining the necessary permits and approvals due to changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.

To overcome these challenges and mitigate risks, we applied the following approaches:

  • Established close collaboration with the client to clarify the project requirements and preferences.
  • Held meetings and consultations with regulatory authorities to agree on the project.
  • Utilized modern technologies and software to expedite the documentation development process and task distribution among the team.

Results

Working and estimate documentation for the capital repair of the entrance group of the exhibition pavilion was developed. The documentation was successfully agreed upon with the regulatory authorities and agencies and can now be used for the repair work.

The pavilion's entrance group will be updated and brought into line with modern requirements and standards, improving the appearance and functionality of the facility.
